What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, company, and message you provide. When you subscribe to Insights, we collect your email address.

Both forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which verifies that a submission comes from a person. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to make that check. Submissions are also screened for spam before we read them.

If you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, LinkedIn profile, resume, and any portfolio link you provide. We use this only to evaluate your application and delete it after 12 months.

Analytics, cookies, and MCP logs

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies (_ga and a property-specific _ga_ cookie) that identify a browser, not a person. We do not run advertising or sell data.

The MCP endpoint at /api/public/mcp logs the arguments of each call and the calling IP address to operate the service and enforce a per-IP rate limit. Logs are kept for operational purposes only.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to engagement inquiries. We use newsletter emails to send occasional technical posts from the Kinetic Edge engineering team. Your information stays out of third-party marketing.

Subprocessors

We store form submissions and subscriber emails in a managed database used to operate this site. Email delivery is handled by a transactional email provider.

Unsubscribe and requests

You can unsubscribe from Insights at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to info@kineticedge.io. Use the same address to request deletion of any information you have submitted.
