What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email, company, and message you provide.

All forms on this site are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address to make that check. Submissions are also screened for spam before we read them. To prevent abuse, we keep a record of the network address used to submit a form.

If you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, LinkedIn profile, resume, and any portfolio link you provide. We use this only to evaluate your application and delete it after 12 months.

Analytics, cookies, and MCP logs

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets two cookies, _ga and one that starts with _ga_, that identify a browser, not a person. We do not sell your personal data.

We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure how our ads perform and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site.

The MCP endpoint at /api/public/mcp logs the arguments of each call and the calling IP address to operate the service and enforce a per-IP rate limit. Logs are kept for operational purposes only.

Our hosting provider also counts page visits. It sets a session cookie that expires after 30 minutes and records the page, referring site, browser type, language, and time zone. It does not build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

We use contact information to respond to engagement inquiries. We don't sell your information or give it to other companies for their own marketing.

Subprocessors

We store form submissions, job applications, and resumes with the managed database and file storage we use to run this site. Email delivery is handled by a transactional email provider.

Unsubscribe and requests

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, or by writing to info@kineticedge.io. Use the same address to request deletion of any information you have submitted.
